The 5% price promise is applicable to house builds only, and does not cover the development costs.

You must provide a fixed-price contract dated within the last three months from another home builder that is either a Master Builder, Certified Builder, or 3910 contract.

The contract must include a full specification with all inclusions, exclusions, and PC sums.

You must agree to a Friday Homes Construction contract and payment terms.

Offer applies to builds within the Wellington region only, up to and including Levin and Masterton.

Friday Homes reserves the right to review and assess each build on a case-by-case basis to ensure it aligns with our scope and capacity.

If your existing plans include any copyright notice or potential infringement, you are responsible for obtaining written permission from the owner of the material or any claims of ownership, and ensuring that the rights are transferred to you as the purchaser.

Example: A $500 build cost for a 150m² single-storey home on a flat site may have a timeframe of 5 months and would be paid $481 for each week of delay.

When you sign the contract, we will agree on a build timeframe that suits your project. For example, a 150m² single-story home on a flat site may have a timeframe of 5 months.

If we don’t complete your build within the agreed timeframe, you will receive 5% of your total build cost annually, calculated from the point of delay until practical completion. For instance, if your build cost is $500,000, you would receive $25,000 per annum, which equals $481 per week for the delay.

The build timeframe begins once the foundation is complete and the related invoice has been paid. It ends when we issue the practical completion letter.

The agreed timeframe excludes delays caused by Acts of God or significant weather events beyond our control.
